At Wabi Sabi Formulations, we take pride in the quality and purity of our skincare products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the delicate nature of our formulations, we cannot accept returns on all items once opened. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our team at contact@websabiformulations.com.
